Pike Farms Farm Stand

Known for their corn and tomatoes. They have about 20 acres of their farm set aside for sweet corn production. Jim Pike spends his winters searching for the sweet varieties available and he plants corn about every three days in the summer.

This farm stand and market has been selling jams, produce, baked goods, and other local provisions to Hamptonites for nine generations.

They have a farm stand in Amagansett and also at the local farmers markets.

"They are one of our main suppliers at the restaurant. They sell a tremendous variety of product, but I love their corn, tomatoes, eggplant, peppers, Swiss chard, beets, leeks, and carrots. The list is endless. You can basically walk up to their farm stand and create a whole menu just by cooking everything there."
