Known for their corn and tomatoes. They have about 20 acres of their farm set aside for sweet corn production. Jim Pike spends his winters searching for the sweet varieties available and he plants corn about every three days in the summer.

They have a farm stand in Amagansett and also at the local farmers markets.
"They are one of our main suppliers at the restaurant. They sell a tremendous variety of product, but I love their corn, tomatoes, eggplant, peppers, Swiss chard, beets, leeks, and carrots.
