Chef Brian Alberg is the executive chef of Main Street Hospitality Group which includes The Red Lion Inn, Porches Inn, Williams Inn, and the soon to be opened Hotel on North in the Berkshires of western Massachusetts. He raises his own pigs, house-smokes his own bacon, grows his own greens and is giving a modern spin to the formerly traditional American menu at this historic hotel. President of Berkshire Grown, which builds relationships between local farmers and restaurants.
