Chef and butcher Jeremy Stanton is the owner of The Meat Market in Great Barrington. He sources heritage breed animals from local farmers for his sustainable nose-to-tail butcher shop and also operates Fire Roasted Catering, which is food cooked on an open fire. Stanton is a CIA graduate who worked in restaurants in the Berkshires, Florida and New York and also created an award-wining fresh pasta company.

Nose-to-tail butcher shop and cafe with meat sourced directly from small, independent farms in the Berkshires.
