I am a bartender, so my schedule is a little shifted and I don’t wake up until later in the day. Anything before 10am doesn’t really exist to me. I get out of the house around 1pm and on Sundays, around 2pm, I love going to Blue Bottle Coffee in Williamsburg. This is usually my first wave of coffee and I really enjoy theirs. Now that it's starting to warm up, their New Orleans iced coffee is in full force and it's delicious. I'll take my coffee and walk around Williamsburg, possibly head over to the park right on the water. I also love grabbing an iced coffee from Blue Bottle on the High Line and walking around there.

Bartender Nick Bennett

Nick is the head bartender at Porchlight in Chelsea. He was previously the Bar Captain at Booker and Dax and worked there since its opening in 2011. He has also put in time making bitters-based cocktails at Amor y Amargo in the East Village.
