The owners of the restaurant Biscuit Love, chefs Karl and Sarah Worley, give you their perfect day in Nashville.
Biscuit Love
Chefs Karl and Sarah Worley first began serving their Southern cuisine out of a Nashville food truck, garnering a devoted following at both the Franklin Farmers Market and White's Mercantile. In 2015, they opened their brick-and-mortar restaurant in The Gulch. "Biscuit Love is a fast casual restaurant built on the premise that everything is better with a biscuit. You will find menu items ranging from biscuit sandwiches to french toast made from biscuits to pre-civil war biscuits served with country ham."
What are the qualities that make a biscuit great?
"Served hot, buttermilk tang, but most importantly they make you feel like home."
