KINGSTON
Fleishers Craft Butchery
At The Corner Restaurant we utilize a whole-animal butchery approach. Unfortunately we cannot always guarantee enough of the coveted beef and pork cuts we serve for special events and dinners, and that's when Fleisher’s comes in. Located in Kingston, Fleisher's sells quality pork, dry aged, and fresh beef. If you need schmaltz, chicken, or beef stock, this is the place.

PINE PLAINS
Hammertown
The team behind Hammertown in Pine Plains really knows what they are doing. They carry everything you could possibly think of, from your kitchen to your bedroom needs. It's a really crafty and fun shopping experience with a selective eye.

RED HOOK
Tivoli Mercantile
Tivoli Mercantile has a wonderfully curated selection of products, both functionally and aesthetically inclined. Here you'll find quality jewelry, clothing, and home goods hand selected by Jill. She is a pioneer for local designers, craftsmen, and artists and frequently houses pop-up shops in the back room of her store.

Montgomery Place Orchards
Montgomery Place Orchards Farm has an abundance of what you would find at the Union Square Greenmarket right at the intersection of Route 199 and 9G. MPO is a hyper-seasonal operation fueled by the abundant property of the historic Montgomery Place Orchards in Annandale-On-Hudson. The quality of produce at their farm stand is unmatched and what they don't grow themselves they bring in from the best farmers in the area. They carry everything from homemade jams and local bread and cookies to locally-designed and produced clothing.

HUDSON
Lil' Debs Oasis
Lil' Debs Oasis is just off the beaten path beside Warren street. They have recently opened and proven to be just what Hudson needed. I've visited them a few times since they have opened: for lunch to eat authentic papusas and drink agua frescas, and for dinner to enjoy ceviche and delicious grilled corn.

WM Farmer and Sons
This restaurant is a regular on my list to frequent. Not only is the food delicious and the cocktails of quality, but they are also open on Tuesdays -- a day when most restaurants in Hudson and the surrounding area are closed. On my last visit, I had a great ham board with an interesting selection of smoked and cured meat.

Olde Hudson
When I am in need of a specialty cooking ingredient, nine times out of ten, Olde Hudson Provisions will come through. Here I'll find excellent local and imported cheeses and salumi, as well as the best oils and spices. Their new location is worth the visit.
