Happy Hour is huge in Los Angeles. It's a cultural thing and a lot of places don’t open until 5pm. I like being in places right before or right after all the stuff happens and bars that are open at 4pm are pretty rare.

I just love the Frolic Room. I love sitting at the bar having a beer here at 4pm, watching everybody get off work. You make a bet with yourself, as soon as ten or more people walk in here, I’m out.
