HILTON HEAD & BLUFFTON GUIDE
Hilton Head
Hudson's Seafood House on the Docks
This is my Sunday afternoon joint. Hudson's has the freshest seafood on Hilton Head. Sit outside on their deck, built over an oyster bed, to people-watch and enjoy the salt air.

CharBar
Since it opened, this spot has always had a special place in my heart. I love the wings and all the burger toppings.

Lucky Rooster
I like coming here for date nights with my wife, Jess. We sit at the bar and order appetizers and a cocktail off their epic list of libations.

The Juice Hive
Great for resolutions and when you're shame spiraling. Try the Hot Shot and the Red Bee.

BREAKFAST & BRUNCH
Baleada Express
I love this place for a 'day off and nothing really going on' breakfast or when I'm having the car washed across the street. Try the Baleada with chorizo. It's a handmade flour tortilla filled with chorizo, eggs, refried beans, avocado, crema and cotija. Be careful because it will put you out, so pack half of it up for later. The best part is that you can hear them slapping out the tortillas to order in the back -- à la minute is always better.

Cahill's Market
This is our Sunday brunch spot for biscuits, chicken and waffles, and meat and three. Again, proceed with caution because over indulging will wreck your plans for the rest of the day.

LUNCH & DINNER
Saigon Cafe
The pho is the way to go -- it's un-pho'king believable. It's the go-to for the Farm kitchen crew on Sundays and has been dubbed 'Saigon Sunday'.

Ruan Thai
I love this spot for lunch. Order the Massaman Curry and the Nam Sod (Thai pork salad), extra hot of course.

LATE NIGHT
Calhoun Street Tavern
We'll head here for after dinner drinks and sometimes snacks (if we get here in time). Jay is usually here and if you're lucky, he'll be wearing his polar bear outfit. Paul makes some of the best cocktails I've ever had and he's always good for some conversation that is so inappropriate that it'll makes you feel a little more normal. The pickle-brined chicken sandwich is the way to go.
