THE BIG GLOU

On February 27th and 28th, the Wythe Hotel in Brooklyn will play host to The Big Glou, a large scale tasting featuring natural wine producers from around the globe. What makes this event unique is that it is not just for people in the industry, but is open to the public. The two-day fair is the brainchild of wine importer Guilhaume Gerard (Selection Massale) and wine director Lee Campbell (Reynard).

The Big Glou is:
New York's first "natural wine" fair that is open to the public. We will have around 100 producers from all over the world.

What is the common thread that links all the wine producers?
All the producers work in a natural way with organic viticulture, using low sulfur, and natural fermentations.

What makes New York City an exciting destination for wine these days?
Thanks to all the importers scouting the world to find new and exciting wines, New York City is maybe the best market in the world. No other city has access to such an international lineup of natural wines.
