Sunset in Miami
By Chef Michelle Bernstein
I love sunset in Miami. We like to go sit on the Miami River and have great seafood at Garcia’s Seafood Grille & Fish Market. They have incredible stone crabs, whole fish and the best plátanos maduros.
If we want to let the kids run around, we'll go to the beach and bring all kinds of yummy nibbles from Epicure Market for us and the kids. We'll pack either a thermos of our favorite cocktail or a good bottle of bubbly (Ruinart Rosé). My favorites are fresh pea hummus and with veggies and anchoïade dressing, watermelon Greek salad or caramelized onion dip and potato chips. Everybody does what they wish - swim, run around, eat, drink, play with the kids and just be together.
